Minimum Qualifications
10+ years in customer-facing technical roles (solutions architect, forward deployed engineer, or principal consultant)
15+ years across Accenture, EY, and Deloitte in technical customer-facing roles including solutions architecture, FDE leadership, and principal consulting
Experience in ML, NLP, pattern recognition, or AI
Hands-on AI delivery across recommendation systems, NLP-powered conversational AI, and pattern recognition for fraud detection in banking
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI frameworks
Direct experience with Claude API, OpenAI API, LangChain, agent development kits, and production conversational AI deployments for enterprise contact centers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with conversational AI frameworks (LangChain, Agent Development Kit) and enterprise contact center technologies
Built and deployed agentic solutions using LangChain and custom agent frameworks integrated with enterprise contact center platforms (Genesys, Twilio)
Experience with multi-agent architectures and cyclic reasoning loops
Designed and implemented multi-agent systems with orchestration layers, including cyclic reasoning patterns for complex decision workflows
Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
Strong Python proficiency (data engineering, ML pipelines), JavaScript/TypeScript for AI applications, with exposure to Go for cloud-native services
Ability to bridge LLM capabilities and deterministic enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP)
Proven track record integrating AI solutions with Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise systems across Fortune 500 banking and telecom transformations
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders
Built and led 100+ consultant community, engaged C-suite across Fortune 500, and managed £100M+ transformation programmes with multiple stakeholder groups
